    I tried to answer the delivery questionnaire but it timed out while choosing my map location. Then I couldn’t start over. Only one chance to correct your info? So from now on they will “think” there an access code needed to deliver?

    Food delivery was supposed to be on Nov. 21, 2023.  I got an email that is was going to be delivered on the 22nd, a day late.  It is now Nov. 23 and the food never arrived.  I'm not impressed.

    I canceled my HelloFresh membership today, however, had already paid for this weeks delivery and it was delivered to a completely different address

    The deliveries are inconsistent and do not follow delivery instructions. Today I was supposed to receive a delivery and they told me it would be here at 3:00 p.m. it hasn't arrived and soon it will not be able to be delivered this is completely unacceptable
